Description
One in four adults in the United States lives with some type of disability. This represents a vast pool of talent that organizations can tap into to enhance diversity and inclusivity in the workforce. In this course, you will learn general guidelines for sensitivity to applicants with a disability, the basic rules for accommodating them, and the process for interviewing candidates with disabilities.

• Identify the standard accessibility accommodations
• Describe what you can do to help make a person with a disability feel comfortable before and during the interview process
