Visitors and users of the Website are referred to individually as “User” and collectively as “Users”.

We reserve the right to review the Tutoring Sessions or Webinar for any purpose. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, you agree that we own all transcripts and recordings of Tutoring Sessions and Webinars and that these Terms shall be deemed an irrevocable assignment of all such transcripts and recordings, each portion thereof and all intellectual property rights therein to us. You also hereby grant to us the perpetual royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, perform, display, and transmit for any purpose all comments that you may provide to us on or through the site, the Services or any other means, including comments provided as a part of user satisfaction or other similar surveys.

This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Mind Over Tutors, Inc. ("we", "us"). As we update and expand our services, this policy may change, so please refer back to it periodically. Refund Policy

Due to the proprietary and novel nature of content created by Mind Over Tutors, Inc. and its content providers, refunds cannot be given for courses, subscriptions, or services provided.

Once your course or subscription starts you cannot get a refund for any payments you’ve already made. However, if you do not want to subscribe any more, you may cancel your subscription/enrollment at anytime thereafter and will no longer be charged. You will still have access to the course or subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

You may not share a subscription with another user who is not a member of your household. This Subscription entitles the user to access restricted content on the Site while signed into their account.
